Late night TV is replete with courses and seminars by real estate infomercial gurus, the most prolific of which is the Armando Montelongo scam. In this type of scam you are enticed into attending a "free" seminar that teaches only enough to whet your appetite and get you to fork over $1500 for a more intense seminar. This second seminar is designed to pressure you into jumping on board his $40,000 bus tour.
