About Us

Who we are & why we do what we do

We are a private group of Christian real estate investors, a group founded by Bill Vaughn. As part of our faith we decided in 1989 to put forth a high quality real estate investing training course, complete with all the tools necessary for success, including free mentoring. We offer the course on a non-profit basis - it is our way of fulfilling the need to "give something back" as required by our faith. We are all volunteers in this project,which is why our mentoring is always free. That is who we are, and it is why we do what we do.

What we are NOT

"The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" investing course is not sold on TV - we do not do infomercials. We do not host seminars or run real estate boot camps. If you have a course that is complete, detailed, includes free mentoring and really works as ours does, none of those tactics are necessary. Real Estate boot camps and seminars are gimmicks used for selling, not teaching, with just enough information to get you worked up enough to buy expensive add-ons.

Different, indeed. And those differences make all the difference in the world!
